Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Hampsire, United States, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts. These Terms govern your access to and use of the public IBEX website, including its forms, content, and Build Your Team feature (collectively, the “Website”). Staffing, recruiting, employment, contractor, referral, and client services may be subject to separate written agreements. If a separate executed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the executed agreement controls with respect to the services covered by that agreement.

1. Services Provided

IBEX Staffing Solutions provides custom remote staffing, talent sourcing, and team deployment services across various disciplines, including Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Support, Development, Marketing, Data & AI, Sales, Operations, and Finance.

2. Use of the Website & Interactive Tools

• Account & Information Accuracy: When submitting inquiries, requesting quotes, or submitting candidate applications, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• Build Your Team Tool: Selection of candidate pods, individual roles, budget parameters, and deployment requests via our interactive tool constitutes a request for a custom proposal/quote and does not bind IBEX to a contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, reverse engineer any part of the platform, or transmit malicious code or spam.

3. Engagement and Service Agreements

All staffing deployments, candidate placements, and client engagements are subject to a separate written Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) executed between IBEX and the client organization. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an executed MSA/SOW, the terms of the MSA/SOW shall govern.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, trademarks, text, software, and design elements on this website are the property of IBEX Staffing Solutions or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and view the site for internal business purposes only.

5. Candidate Applications and Job Seekers

Job seekers may use the Website to express interest in opportunities or submit application information. Submission of an application, résumé, profile, assessment, or other information does not guarantee an interview, employment, contractor engagement, client presentation, or placement.

Unless confirmed in a separate written agreement, IBEX does not promise that any position will remain available or that information concerning a role, client, compensation, schedule, benefits, or placement timeline will remain unchanged.

Candidates represent that the information they submit is accurate, current, and their own to provide. Candidate information is collected, processed, and shared as described in our Privacy Policy and any applicant-specific notice provided during the recruiting process.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
