SOC Analyst

What You'll Do

• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts and incidents.
• Mitigate and remediate security events with confidence and accuracy.
• Work directly with clients to explain security incidents and guide them through resolution.
• Onboard new clients into security platforms and ensure complete security coverage.
• Perform vulnerability remediation while assessing business impact.
• Assist with maintaining the health and effectiveness of security monitoring platforms.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to validate and escalate security events when needed.
• Review security reports and escalate findings for further action.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and process guides.
• Participate in ongoing cybersecurity training and share knowledge with the team.
• Follow internal and client change management procedures.
• Support additional security initiatives as assigned by the Chief Information Security Officer.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of IT support experience.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and network topologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with a security-first mindset.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• CompTIA Security+ certification is a plus.
