What makes Ibex different than other offshore staffing companies? In short, a people first mentality governed by an MSP industry veteran.

Throughout my career, working my way up from a Tier 1 role, to VP of Operations, and finally as CEO of a $70M+ nationwide MSP, I have always valued people above all else. I learned over many years that if you take good care of a person, they will pay it forward to the customer and do their best work. It's really a very simple formula, and one that should never be broken for the sake of profits or growth.

At Ibex, I am ensuring that we take proper care of every contractor that we engage with on behalf of our clients.

  • Every candidate is properly screened and vetted through a multi-phase interview process, finalized by me, the CEO.
    • We conduct criminal background checks and third-party skills assessments that we share with the customer.
  • Assuming that the candidate has passed our rigorous screening, we look to compensate them at or above market rate for their skill set.
    • We compensate for approved certifications that will grow their skills and their utility for our clients.
    • We provide bonuses to reward performance and reliability.
  • We provide all of the equipment that they will need in order to perform their duties at the best of their abilities.
  • We treat them like they were our own employees.
    • While they are engaged with our clients to perform their duties, we will never tolerate abusive behavior or unfair work conditions from our clients on behalf of our contractors.
    • We will always work to be supportive and responsive to their needs while they are engaged with Ibex. Whether it's providing temporary work solutions so that they can be available to our clients, or working with our clients on their behalf in the case of emergencies, we care.

Ibex is a group of real people looking to help other real people solve real challenges. If you like what you hear, give us a shout today and let's talk.
