Alex Joy is an IT industry veteran, who has served in technical, project management, managerial and leadership capacities over the course of his nearly two-decade long career in the IT field. Alex is a college drop out who became self-taught as a systems engineer and field technician, eventually joining an MSP in the Boston area where he evolved his role in numerous capacities throughout his tenure. Alex eventually served as the CEO of this then nation-wide MSP, with more than 300+ employees and hundreds of clients all over the country being supported by him and his great team.
Throughout his career and as CEO, Alex was always a fervent believer in providing exceptional service to his customers through an employee-first mind set. He understood that if you hire great talent and treat them as you would want to be, they will do their best work for the customer. That same mindset is what brought Alex to launch Ibex Staffing Solutions, where his passion for identifying and fostering talent could be combined with his love of building long-standing relationships with partners and customers.
